Manatee County is hosting another series of Public Information Meetings to discuss updates to the County’s Comprehensive Plan: “Envision Manatee.” Work on developing the 2045 policy that sets the framework for future development within the County is continuing with this opportunity for outreach and stakeholder feedback. Information regarding the comprehensive plan, along with the opportunity for public input from citizens on how future development should proceed, was included in these stakeholder meetings scheduled at public libraries throughout the county in August, 2024. Please note that information presented at the various meetings was identical. The August 2024 workshops were as follows:
