APPLICATION PERIOD FOR
INVESTMENT CONSIDERATION FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2026 WILL OPEN DECEMBER 2024

There will be an Application Release meeting for Adult Human Services Applications on December 6, 2024 at the Lakewood Ranch Library (16410 Rangeland Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211) from from 10:30am to 11:15am. There will be a virtual follow up meeting to address applicant questions on Tuesday January 7, 2025. Contact Chris Handy-Honeycutt (see below) if you are interested in attending.

Health and Homelessness Services will hold a separate application release meeting on December 13th, 2024 at the Public Safety Department (2101 47th Terrace East, Bradenton, FL 34203) from 9:30am to 11:00 am.

Access to applications for fiscal year 2026 open Friday, December 6 at 3:00 pm through Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm

General Application Information

Consideration for investment originates from a recommendation provided to the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners based on several factors. Investments are awarded on a competitive basis and the priorities set by the Manatee Board of County Commissioners. Programs are paid on a reimbursement basis and are contingent upon the successful completion of the project and meeting the requirements of the executed agreement.

  1. Select the application link below to begin the process of applying for an investment in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025). When you select the link below you are beginning a new application. Remember to only click the link when starting a new application, and only once per program.
  2. Once you have entered the online application system, sign in using the login information previously established from past years. If your agency has not applied for investment funding in the past, create an account profile by clicking New Applicant? under the box labeled email.
  3. In the application you will find guidance and examples. Scrolling down on this page you will find Downloadable Guides.
  4. Submit the application with all required documents no later than 5pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
